Terms and Conditions For Powder Coating
 
"Core Charge"
After Keystone Powder Coating receives the customer's full payment, the item(s) will be packaged and shipped to the customer’s address.
 
The customer has exactly 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of the sale, to return to KPC a good core (via personal delivery or shipping) and if shipping, notify Keystone Powder Coating via email of the appropriate tracking number for the returning core. Include a typed letter with your name, address, telephone number, and email address inside the box. This will help us to promptly send back your core charge. Write on the outside of the box "Core Return".
 

The customer is responsible for the returning core until it is delivered to KPC. The returned core must be in original equipment, of the same design, physical and mechanical condition unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes but is not limited to; subtle difference such as variation in the lettering / logo, scratches, chips, cracks, dents, layers of old paint, powder coat, excessive oil/grease, etc. Once Keystone Powder Coating receives the core package, we will inspect the contents to determine if they meet the criteria for a core refund.

Please note that this is only a partial list which is only intended to provide a representative example. If you have consulted this list and are still not certain if your item qualifies for a refund, please contact customer service at Keystone Powder Coating.

 
Upon inspection, if a core is found to not meet these guidelines; KPC will grant the customer 3 days to either immediately forfeit the physical core over to KPC or pay a $10 service fee plus shipping & handling to have the core shipped back to the customer. If 3 days elapse and KPC has not received the service fee plus shipping & handling, the core will become the property of KPC.
 
Keystone Powder Coating makes all final decisions. Based strictly on our judgement, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or withhold the entire core charge refund if any of the above terms are not met.
 
"Liability"
Keystone Powder Coating is not responsible for property damage and/or personal injury, direct or indirect costs for damages and/or failures caused by residual blasting media, metal fatigue, improper installation, application, operation, abuse and/or misuse of its products whether or not based on information contained herein. All powder coated and non powder coated items must be inspected by a qualified professionally trained inspector in the related field, and signed off to meet or exceed specifications for its intended use and items are to be installed by a Professionally Trained and Certified installer.
 
"Returns"
Keystone Powder Coating will accept returns by the original purchaser for "returnable" products within 5 days after the item(s) were delivered. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in the exact same condition as delivered for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS shipping and handling fees. The refund is null/void if 5 days elapse and/or the item is used, scratched, dirtied. The customer must return the item(s) for the refund. KPC does not give partial refunds if the customer offers to keep the item(s) and there is never a refund on shipping & handling. KPC has final discretion to refund or apply store credit.
 
Non Returnable items include but are not limited to: items sold through an electronic auction marketplace such as eBay®, items not carried in-stock, items delivered to KPC for powder coating, items powder coated with a special order color, items expressed with “No Refunds” “As-Is” "No Returns" "Non Returnable" or a variance of the applied meaning. The customer must contact Keystone Powder Coating to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the item.

The customer agrees that by submitting payment to KPC, whether it be in the form of paper (cash, cashiers check, personal check, money order, etc.) and/or electronic payment (Paypal, wire transfer, etc.) that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms found herein.
 
Keystone Powder Coating may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
